We will send your product in 4-5 business days using the fastest shipping method for you. 

You have 14 days to try our subscription. In case you don't like our subscription during this 14 days and you want your money back we offer you a full refund. But the purchased product have to be declined delivery or returned to JadeSkinCare before the refund is issued.

You have 2-year right of complaint under the current Purchase Act and a remark that the money is only deducted when the item / items are sent.

The subscription has a price of 46,90€. The money will be taken every 14 days. It can appear as payed by jadeskincare.


Jadeskincare.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop.

To shop at Jadeskincare.dk, you must be 15 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 15, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the actual order time, and you can regularly check the contents as well as the price of the goods.

Any extra payments for eg freight and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "Go to payment", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and select the delivery method.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "For payment" button. Then your order goes on to Jadeskincare.dk

Prices on the website are incl. Danish VAT.

We accept the following payment cards:
Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, JCB and American Express.

As a rule, the amount is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped. In case of pre-orders, the money is withdrawn before the item is shipped.

Jadeskincare.dk's redemption agreement only allows Jadeskincare.dk to reserve the money for 5 days in the system, whereupon Jadeskincare.dk withdraws the money from your card. In some cases, increased delivery time will overlap with this time frame, which means that your money will be deducted before the item is shipped.

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after ordering.


We deliver with GLS. When the item has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the package number, with which you can track your package. Items that are in stock are delivered within 1-4 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. We currently deliver. only to Denmark.

Price without distribution: DKK 29 (parcel shop)
Price with distribution: DKK 45.

If you do not pick up your order within the stated pick-up deadline (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. For re-shipping, a new shipping fee of DKK 29 will be charged. This also applies if you have not received notification. According to the post, it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on a package they are waiting for.

When you shop online and at Jadeskincare.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The notice must be given by email to: info@jadeskincare.dk.

In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday (Also applies to pre-orders). In the case of several different goods, which are ordered in one order, but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.

Returns are at the customer's own expense, and the costs of this will not be covered by Jadeskincare.dk.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried, in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that Jadeskincare.dk according to the law at distance shopping can refuse a refund of all the money, but we will in collaboration with the customer find a fair refund amount. This only applies if the item does not have the same value as at receipt, and Jadeskincare.dk can therefore not sell the item as new and at a new price.

Goods except the right of withdrawal

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Items that are not covered by the right of withdrawal will appear in the order process.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods, such as for health protection or hygienefor reasons not suitable for return.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.


You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.

Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

When you send a package back to us, we recommend that you enclose a note with your order number and write what you want to get out of the return - then the expedition goes fastest. Eg. "I want the money back" or "I want another role instead"

If you want the item exchanged, you must also arrange the return shipping yourself. However, Jadeskincare.dk pays shipping costs from Jadeskincare.dk to the customer for other deliveries.


You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because

you have actually taken the item into use,
it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
you have handled the product in a different way than was necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work;
you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.
Reservations are made for text, spelling and price errors.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.


If you use discount codes or vouchers, issued by Jadeskincare.dk, you must be aware that you can not use more than one discount code per. order.

This is both a business and technical measure.


Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item exchanged, get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. The right of complaint is valid for 24 months.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time"

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you complain within 2 months after the error was discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Satisfaction guarantee:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 2 months from the time you receive your package. Should you not be satisfied with the product within this time, you are always welcome to contact our customer service and make use of our satisfaction guarantee.

By making use of the satisfaction guarantee, the customer is also responsible for paying for the return shipment - just like with our general return policy. Note: Our satisfaction guarantee only covers up to 2 used bags.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.

We register and pass on your personal information in order to deliver the item to you.

SMS Service

Jadeskincare.dk assumes the right, as a service, to remind the customer via SMS about purchases that were not completed, delivery information regarding. customer's order, weekly offers and the like.
